  1. Q The Fusion is a rebranded unit, correct? What is the original brand/manufacturer of this battery?

    Hi There, The Fusion 4.8kWh uses the UFO 4.8kWh technology. 
  2. Q I have the white UFO 4.8kw battery bought from you guys 2 yrs ago. Is this compatible with it ie can they be connected in parallel?

    Hi There, Unfortunately, you will not be able to parallel the Fusion 4.8kWh with your current UFO 4.8kWh 
  3. Q When are you expecting to receive new stock of the UFO 4.8 kWh batteries?
    A Hi, we're awaiting delivery at the moment. If you add yourself to the waitlist you will get notified when they are in stock.
  4. Q I have 12 .120 amp solar deep cycle lead acid batteries 2 times 5kw axpert inverters and 20 bifacial Canadian solar panels and lastly 4. 1000w wind turbines. The technician says that i may have to add the lithium because i want get off grid and supply. 10 sets of 1 bedroom tenant. What is your opinion.

    Hi, lithium-ion is always the superior choice as it will last longer and it has a BMS that optimises the system better, however, with Axpert inverters I personally would buy a better inverter, a Hybrid inverter would increase the efficiency and because it can blend your energy sources it will reduce your reliance on the grid but it does need the grid to work. You might just need an 8kW because of how the Hybrid functions, we have an 8kW Deye inverter that can be paralleled to 16 units which is massive.

    Swapping out the AGM batteries when they have had their day would be something I would personally do, then I would most certainly go for Lithium-ion. Any questions just give us a call.
  5. Q Is this a complete stand alone system, with solar panels. Will I need an Electrician to install it.
